Model the sellable product
Products, seller SKUs, listings, inventory promises, and price rules stay separate, then resolve into one sellable offer.
Commerce infrastructure and operating system. Products, orders, inventory, shipping — one platform, total control.
Workform connects your products, inventory, and orders across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, your own storefront, and many more integrations. That’s one source of truth, zero tab-switching, and total control over everything you sell.
Real operating model
Launch a bundle, fulfil it from the warehouse, and settle every fee, refund, commission, and payout from the same trade record.

Products, seller SKUs, listings, inventory promises, and price rules stay separate, then resolve into one sellable offer.

Orders resolve to the warehouse, bin, package, label, carrier service, and scan events your team actually touches.

Fees, tax, refunds, commission, capture, and supplier payout are tied back to the trade that created them.
Smart lead-time analysis learns from every order so POs fire at exactly the right moment — right stock, right quantity, right time. No safety-stock guesswork, just precise just-in-time reordering.
Scan, pack, ship. Barcode-first workflows that let your team fulfil orders without touching a keyboard.

The platform
12 core domains. Hundreds of features. Data flows between them in real time — one write propagates everywhere.
Unified network
Suppliers, warehouses, and customers — sharing one dataset in real time. One write propagates everywhere. Zero reconciliation.
We built Workform for the warehouse floor: accurate picking, fast packing, barcode checks, and dispatch that matches the real shelf.
In the warehouse, disconnected software shows up physically: pickers walking back to screens, packers checking paper notes, wrong SKUs, missed labels, and late dispatch. Workform makes the flow scan-based: pick the right item, verify it at pack, print the label, and move the order out without hunting through tabs.
Every "all-in-one" platform we tried was either a bolted-together acquisition mess or needed a consultant to configure. We wanted something that actually worked out of the box — so we built it.
Repricing in Channel Max. P&L in Seller Toolkit. Shipping in ShipStation. Inventory in Veeqo. We were paying for 7+ tools that each did one thing when one platform should handle all of it.
We needed custom fields on everything — products, orders, customers. No platform let us model our business our way. So we built custom schemas into the core architecture.
Most operators run 4–8 disconnected tools. Here’s what changes when it’s all one platform.
Stop paying for 4 tools that don’t talk to each other.

Built by operators who ran 7+ disconnected tools and got sick of it. We built Workform because nothing else did it all.
